• Auto-attendant / Voice Mail System – The system built-in with 2 channels DISA / Auto-attendant and 2 hours basic voice mail function. It is expandable up to 24 channels and 400 hours. This feature auto-answer incoming calls and transfer to desired extension without operator.
• Caller ID – This feature display caller’s telephone number on LCD display digital phone and Panasonic KX-T7705 & KXT7703 analog caller ID phone.
• Hotel Features – The system built-in with Hotel / Motel Front Desk Console features such as Check-In / Checkout, Room Status Indicator, Wake-up Call function etc.

• Communication Assistant (CA) – It is a PC based application suite with powerful point and click telephony and screen based presence, availability, and a variety of collaboration tools.
• Extra Device Port – The maximum capacity in one chassis is 12 CO trunks and 34 Extensions (18 Digital & 16 Analog). With extra device port on digital phone, the system can support upto 54 Extensions (36 Digital & 16 Analog) without adding expansion chassis.

• The adequate IP capacity of the KX-NS300 enables you to combine both IP and legacy trunks according to your needs, to construct systems that are flexible and cost effective
• By connecting the KX-NS300 units in different offices with an IP Network, you can construct a network that integrates both voice and data. This enables extension calls between offices over the IP Network, and reduces costs.

• The KX-NS300 can utilize an IP network to use IP phones as head office extensions, without installing extra KX-NS300 units or special routers at remote sites. In other words, migration to an IP network enables installation costs to be saved.
• By using IP phones as extensions, you don’t need to change the settings at the PBX each time you change your office layout, as is normally required. Simply move the phone, and then connect it to the LAN for quick and easy use.
• Using Existing Resources- Existing DPTs, APTS and SLTs from Panasonic can continue to be used, enabling a system to be replaced at a low cost without wasting resources.

IP- Networking- Flexibility and Easy Setup
The KX-NS1000 enables you to easily install IP devices if you have an internet connection – without using a VPN. It also enables you to perform maintenance from a remote site without having to travel to the office. You can also install IP terminals in branch offices without having to visit them.

Email Integration
The KX-NS1000 sends an e-mail to the corresponding user when they have new messages/FAX. Missed calls without a voice message also can be e-mailed. Receiving e-mail means you will not miss contact from your customers.

Fax Server
With its fax server, the KX-NS1000 can receive, distribute, and send faxes. Received faxes can be saved in mail boxes and notify you via the message waiting lamp or e-mail, forwarded, printed, and downloaded.

Call Centre Solution
The KX-NS1000 includes an advanced call routing function for small to medium size call Centre’s. This function can be used without an external CTI server. It enables you to provide various functions. Furthermore, the solutions can be expanded to suit more sophisticated call Centre’s in combination with Voice Mail functions, the Communication Assistant and third party CTI applications.

Multi-Cell DECT System
The Multi-Cell DECT System lets you carry on your conversation over lightweight, wireless extensions while you are away from your desk or moving around an office, factory, warehouse, or other large facility
