Buyer Check Property For Evaluation And Inspection
Once we found your dream property, then you can evaluate the property with your private inspector to check if the property conditions is good enough for you to buy. If you like the property then we can proceed to another study but if you reject the property then we have to get you another one within a short time without taking much of your time.

Making An Offer
If the buyer is interested in purchasing the property then an offer can be made. We will make an offer to the seller and once the seller agrees to sell the property and saying our offer then we will move to the next stage of present a purchase agreement.

Purchase Agreement Between Buyer & Seller
Since the buyer has made an offer and the seller accepted the offer then he seller will present a purchasing agreement to the buyer for signature. Once we received a sign purchase agreement we forward the agreement to buyer lawyer to verify clear title to the property. Our company lawyer must have done this proceed before but we still always request the buyer to appoint a neutral lawyer to carry out this checking without our knowledge for double confirmation.

Payment of Property & Transfer of Ownership
Once the real tittle of the property is check and confirms then the buyer can now go ahead to make payment for the property while the seller shall now release the signed and notarized deed of the property to the new owner.
